Town Caucus, April 6, 2020 (5PM to 7PM)

I am writing to keep you all informed in relation to the Town Caucus being held on April 6, 2020. At this time, we will continue to host the Town Caucus as scheduled; however, we need to follow Governor Baker's orders of no more than 25 members to a group setting. Our Town Caucus is done via Australian Ballot and for those that have applied for an Absentee Ballot, these will be mailed out Friday evening.

We will be taking every precaution to keep you safe. We will be sanitizing prior, during, and after the caucus. We will have a constable at the door insuring we do not go over the 25 individuals in our Town Hall at one time. There will be antibacterial hand soap available at the sink for you to wash your hands, should you choose too; as well as hand sanitizer available. Friday, March 20, 2020 is the final day to submit your paperwork to have your name added to the Caucus Ballot (by noon). Currently, all positions have one Candidate except for Cemetery Commission. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

If you are ill or you know you will be unavailable on Monday, April 6, 2020 from 5 PM to 7 PM to participate in the Town Caucus and wish too, please submit an Absentee Ballot request form (see link below) and I will get these out to you Friday afternoon. Please keep in mind, I need to receive these back no later than 7 PM on April 6, 2020 in order to be counted.
