WARRANT FOR ANNUAL TOWN CAUCUS

TOWN OF TYRINGHAM

April 1, 2019

THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS BERKSHIRE SS

 

To either of the Constables of the Town of Tyringham in County of Berkshire

 

Greetings:

          In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town qualified to vote in Town Affairs to meet at the Tyringham Town Hall Meeting Room, 116 Main Road in said Town on Monday, April 1, 2019 to act on the following articles and terms thereof:

 

Article 1: To choose the following officers by the Australian Ballot.

 

One Moderator for one-year term

One Selectman for three-year term

One Assessor for three year-term

One Cemetery Commissioner for three-year term

One Library Trustee for three-year term

One Park Commissioner for three-year term

One Planning Board for five-year term

One School Committee for three-year term

 

The selectmen give notice that the polls will be open for the Town Caucus from 5:00 PM on said day and will close at 7:00 PM; and that the laws governing elections in the Commonwealth shall be enforced, and the Australian system of voting shall be used.

 

This Warrant will be served by posting four copies in Tyringham, one each at Union Church, the Town Hall, the Post Office and the Bulletin Board at Goose Pond, at least seven days before the time of said caucus.

This noticed was signed by the three Selectmen, the Town Clerk, and Constable Richard O. Loring and posted in the locations noted above on March 15, 2019.
