Attached, you will find the Annual Town Election Warrant. The Annual Town Election is scheduled for June 15, 2020. Please note, due to the pandemic (COVID-19), the hours have been reduced to the minimum of four hours. They hours are 10 AM to 2 PM. We have made some adjustments to ensure voter safety noted below:

  • Voters are required to wear a mask
  • There will only be four voters allowed in at a time to ensure we are taking appropriate measures to ensure social distancing.
  • When you obtain your ballot,  you will receive a golf pencil to fill in your ballot. You can take this pencil with you or dispose of it. No pencils will be re-used
  • There will be hand sanitizer positioned at the Check-In table as well as the Check-Out table
  • Voting booths will be sanitized through-out the day.

Voters are encouraged to vote by mail, for those who have already requested, all should have received a ballot by now. If you have not, please contact me so that I can re-send you an election ballot. If you wish to receive an election ballot by mail, please print and complete this Municipal Election Ballot  or this Absentee Ballot and either email it to me at townclerk@bcn.net, mail to PO Box 442 Tyringham, MA 01264, fax (413) 243-4942, or you can place the application in the blue mailbox found at the bottom of the Bulletin Board in front of the Town Hall. 

The last day to request a Municipal or Absentee Ballot is Friday, June 12, 2020 by 12 PM (noon). 

The last day to register to vote prior to the Town Election is June 4, 2020.
