Town of Tyringham Planning Board - Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of MGL 40A s5 the Planning Board of Tyringham, MA will hold a public hearing on the proposed new section to the General By-Laws Chapter 17, labeled  – Town of Tyringham Dog Control By-law. The hearing will take place at the Tyringham Fireman’s Pavilion 100 Main Road, Tyringham, MA on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed by-law. Any person interested in or wishing to be heard on the proposed by-law should appear at the time and place designated for the public hearing. A copy of the proposed by-law is on file with the Town Clerk, and may be inspected there during regular Town Hall hours or on the Tyringham town website online at www.tyringham-ma.gov  A copy of the proposed by-law is attached to this posting.
