Tyringham MVP Summary of Findings Report - Final Draft

for Public Comment

The Town of Tyringham is collaborating with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (GZA), and residents on strategies to reduce vulnerability, and adapt to our changing climate through the State’s Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) program.

The core directive of the MVP program is to engage the town and community to facilitate the education, planning, and ultimate implementation of priority climate change adaptation actions. Completion of the MVP planning process will enable the Town to receive preference for future state grants.

The MVP grant also requires the town to engage the public on climate resilience. At this time we are asking all Tyringham residents to review this MVP Summary of Findings Final Draft Report, and submit your questions and/or comments.
