NOTICE TO TYRINGHAM TAXPAYERS

The Town of Tyringham Board of Assessors announces that they have received Preliminary
Certification for Fiscal 2023 property values. These proposed values are pending Final
Certification by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. This public disclosure is part of the
Revaluation and Re-Certification of values that is required by statute.
Values were calculated at "Full and Fair Cash Value" using sales data between 1/1/2020 and
12/31/2021. The valuation date for Fiscal Year 2023 is January 1, 2022. The Revaluation resulted
in

changes of 1% to 2% in value for most properties.
The Assessors completed the revaluation project with the assistance of consultants from
pkValuationGroup.
The public disclosure period and proposed values will be posted on the Town's Web Site:
www.tyringham-ma.gov
