NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Section 11 the Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the application of Gary Herwitz, 15 Cooper Creek Road. The application is a request for a special permit of By-Law 6.1.4 for the expansion of a non-conforming structure.
All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Board of Appeals. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
The public hearing will take place in the Town Hall, 116 Main Road, Tyringham, MA 01264 on Wednesday, July 25, at 7:00 p.m.
