This meeting agenda is being posted in compliance with Massachusetts’ Open Meeting Law as noted below.

G.L. c. 30A § 20©; 940 CMR 29.03(2)-(4)

The public body shall post notice of meeting at least 48 hours prior to meeting, excluding Saturday, Sundays, and legal holidays. Notice shall be legible, easily understandable, and shall contain date, time, place, and a listing of all topics reasonably anticipated by the chair.

A copy of the notice shall be filed with the Town Clerk's Office with a notation of date, time, and who posted the meeting notice.

The agenda may change to reflect unforeseen business.
