Assessors Announce On-Site Inspections for New Construction

The Board of Assessors would like to inform Residents that a representative from the firm Paul S. Kapinos & Associates will be in Town on Thursday & Friday, August 29 & 30, to inspect building permit work. He will have Identification and an introduction letter from the Board.
Homeowners who received a permit for calendar year 2018 should expect a visit to determine the completion of the project. Any new construction will be measured and listed. We ask for your cooperation in this matter.
The Police and Town Administrator have been made aware of these inspections.
