NEW TAX BILLING FORMAT
There will be a new format for the tax bills for the Town of Tyringham.
First half bills will be preliminary bills based on 50% of the prior year tax bill. The first half will be mailed by July 1st with a due date of October 1st.
The second half bills will reflect any adjustments due to tax rate or property appraisal changes.
